A prominent pan-African leadership development organisation is seeking a detail-oriented Fundraising and Database Administrator to oversee and optimise their Salesforce CRM. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the successful candidate will lead the management of donor data, ensuring high levels of data integrity and providing the analytics necessary for informed fundraising decisions. This is a 3 year fixed term contract with possible renewal.
The candidate will be required to work full-time from the office, with standard working hours of 10:00 to 19:00 (SAST) to ensure sufficient overlap with the US time zone for effective collaboration and communication.
