Investment Funds practice of a few of the leading US law firms (Multiple roles) areseeking Paralegals/ Legal Managers who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced growing environment. The practice focuses on advising a range of international sponsors and investors in the structuring, formation, and offering of private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, co-investment vehicles, and other alternative investment products.

Job Description

  • Assist the funds team with the set up and formation of funds

  • Draft and prepare legal documentation transaction bibles, articles of incorporation, resolutions, agreements, correspondence, closing sets etc.)

  • Handle internal filing of records of fund documents

  • Liaise with various parties professional bodies and counsels from different jurisdictions
