Furnace Operator
Location: East
Salary: Basic up to $2500 + many OT available
Working Time: Mon - Fri (Rotating Shift 07:30 - 17:00)
Responsibilities- Operate vacuum and brazing furnaces for heat treatment of aircraft components according to production schedules, FAA regulations, and customer requirements.
- Perform furnace setup, fixture loading, temperature setting, and process monitoring.
- Follow work instructions, technical documents, and safety procedures at all times.
- Monitor furnace temperatures throughout the heat treatment process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain heat-treatment logs and perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Report any issues related to parts, equipment, tooling, or materials to the supervisor.
