Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to offer and educate the customers on the benefits of the products and/or services of the client to promote sales
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Actively prospect and foster fruitful business relationships
- Utilize LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook platforms to promote the company's products and services
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads and pursue new customers and markets
- Engage with potential customers and build brand awareness
- Track and report KPI results and accomplishments to the manager on a regular basis
- Work closely with customers, factories, and offices to facilitate smooth sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
