SG Enable is looking for a candidate to support the Future Care Planning Resource Centre in Singapore. This role includes driving initiatives to meet the goals of the centre, developing partnerships with stakeholders, and mentoring professionals.
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling, and have over 5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
