Job Description
The Risk Operation Team Lead is responsible for leading the execution of FX hedging operations and supports the operational integrity of FX hedging and risk management across all markets in the Americas region. This includes executing trades on Bloomberg, reporting in WSS, monitoring reconciliations and audit trails, and preparing and validating FX and risk management reports to support management decisions. The role ensures alignment with corporate risk management policies, supports business continuity, and supports the Risk Administration Manager with FX trading operational service delivery, constant analysis of market volatility, and reporting Treasury FX trade activities to management and the Group.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Support the definition and update of the monthly FX hedging calendar and ensure data consistency across markets.
- Coordinate and supervise trade execution on Bloomberg, ensuring compliance with controls and deadlines.
