Responsibilities- Leading and managing the Region team from a discipline and business perspective.
- Delivering annual revenue plan per MRP in revenue and OI.
- Managing headcount, revenue and cost in close collaboration and with full goal alignment with the product lines and areas within region.
- Providing subsurface related advice and input to multi‑disciplinary projects, from exploration through discovery and appraisal to field development and production to drive revenue and margin opportunity for Baker Hughes.
