Position Summary: The Occupational Therapist in the Geriatric Assessment Intervention Network (GAIN) Community Team is responsible for providing assessment utilizing various standardized tools with clinical judgment and developing interventions for older adults and seniors affected by emotional, psychological and physical impacts of aging.

- Participate as geriatric assessor in inter‑professional Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA)
- Complete clinical triage for new referrals
