Job Description
Gallery Relations & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned galleries across both Art Basel Miami Beach and Art Basel in Basel, guiding them through application, selection, compliance, and participation processes.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with galleries on timelines, requirements, and expectations.
- Advise galleries on booth planning, presentation strategy, and fair guidelines.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Lead operational planning for gallery participation including booth logistics, special orders, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Digital, VIP Relations, Partnerships, Finance, Legal) to deliver aligned solutions and mitigate risks.
