Position Overview:
You will assist Food & Beverage and Culinary management by working closely with the Assistant F&B Manager to supervise the daily operations of the galley and related areas, ensuring compliance with company policies, sanitation guidelines, and USPH standards.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, guided by the Carnival Vision statement, Culture Essentials, and Values
- Ensure compliance by auditing and managing all regulatory procedures and protocols, outlined in GHESS and VSP Manual Section 7 as applicable to the position and the Auxiliary Services department
- Assist the Assistant F&B Manager in ensuring operational galley efficiency and excellence during service periods is achieved, in collaboration with the Auxiliary, Culinary, Beverage Ops, and Restaurant teams
