- We are looking for Senior Game Designer to join our new projects. Your main responsibility will be:
- Conduct market research on trends and player behavior in puzzle games.
- Develop game production plans.
- Build game levels, evaluate/analyze, and balance gameplay.
- Establish event systems, missions, and game metadata to engage players.
- Monitor data, evaluate player feedback to adjust gameplay accordingly.
- Analyze game metrics to propose product improvement directions.
- Collaborate with Artists, Developers, and Marketing teams to develop, refine, and enhance game quality.
