Role Description
We're hiring a Game Designer who thrives in a fast-moving, scrappy environment. You'll own the design layer end-to-end — from core loop concepting to live balance tweaks — working directly with developers and artists. This is not a documentation-heavy role; you'll be expected to prototype, playtest, and iterate quickly.
Qualifications
Proven experience designing mobile and/or PC games — shipped titles strongly preferred
Fluency in F2 P design patterns — progression systems, economy design, FTUE, retention hooks
Ability to design and balance in-game economies (currencies, gacha, battle passes, cosmetics)
