Role Description
As a Game Designer at Rendered Ideas, you will work full time on-site in Mumbai, collaborating with artists, programmers, and producers to design fun, polished game experiences. You will create and refine game concepts, mechanics, systems, and progression, documenting them clearly for the development team. On a day-to-day basis, you will build and iterate on levels, tune difficulty and balance, and analyze player feedback and game data to improve engagement and retention.
