- Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional introduction to the EVA experience.
- Brief guests on game objectives, rules, safety procedures, and equipment usage before each session.
- Monitor gameplay and provide guidance or assistance to ensure guests enjoy the best possible experience.
- Operate and manage game systems, equipment, and control consoles during game sessions.
- Reset game rooms and equipment between sessions to ensure readiness for the next group.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all gaming equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Troubleshoot basic technical or operational issues and escalate major problems to the Technical Team when necessary.
