- Create test content such as Playable Ads to validate the initial idea and measure performance.
- Develop the game based on test data.
- No experience required; candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Creative and flexible thinking, not limited by game genre.
- Proficient in making logical decisions and communicating based on data.
- Possesses a challenging spirit, is not afraid of failure, acts quickly, and learns fast.
- Experienced in producing and analyzing casual mobile games.
- Proficient in the Unity engine.
- Understanding of the global market and mobile game trends
