General Summary of Job Duties: The Table Games Floor Supervisor will be responsible for observing all games, players, and dealers to ensure accuracy and protection of the Table Games department. Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintaining a high quality of guest service.
- Always exhibiting a positive and professional attitude with team members and guests
- Protecting the assets of the company to ensure maximum profitability.
- Enforcing all table game policies and procedures while ensuring excellent guest service.
- Applying your knowledge of dealing procedures including house rules to preserve the security and integrity of games.
- Verifying all bankrolls from previous shifts to ensure accuracy.
- Monitoring games and maintaining appropriate game pace.
