Ganger - £22.00PHR (CIS/UTR) - Bristol Area
Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Ganger to work across the Bristol area, carrying out a variety of repair and remedial works on long-term projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operative with experience leading small teams and working alongside plant operators, looking for secure, ongoing work with a leading UK contractor.
Your Role as a Ganger:
- Supervising and coordinating groundworks and remedial works teams on site
- Overseeing repair and reinstatement works to ensure they are completed safely and efficiently
- Working closely with operatives using a mini digger, dumper, and roller
- Allocating daily tasks and monitoring progress against programme requirements
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
- Liaising with site management and reporting on work progress
