Job Description
1. 负责酒店客房、餐饮、会议及宴会等全业态销售工作,制定并执行年度销售计划与市场拓展策略;
2. 开发和维护企业客户、旅行社、会展公司、OTA平台及本地高端客源渠道,建立长期稳定合作关系;
3. 主导重点客户拜访与方案呈现,统筹报价、合同谈判、协议签署及履约跟进,确保销售回款及时性;
4. 分析市场动态与竞品信息,协同市场部策划促销活动,参与价格体系优化与收益管理支持工作;
5. 指导销售团队开展日常业务,组织销售培训与绩效辅导,提升团队专业能力与服务水准。
1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业优先,具备3年及以上高星级酒店销售管理经验;
2. 熟悉酒店运营流程及收益管理体系,具备独立开拓大客户、主导大型会议/宴会项目销售的成功案例;
3. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、商务谈判能力及数据分析意识,熟练使用Office办公软件及酒店PMS系统;
4. 遵守《劳动法》《就业促进法》等法律法规,不设性别、民族、宗教信仰、婚育状况等歧视性限制,尊重并平等对待各类求职者。
