滴滴日本业务正在招募高级战略与增长运营经理岗位。此职位将负责出行品类的战略和运营，推动产品战略、用户增长、司机增长和P&L管理，并为管理决策提供支持。此外，此职位将会联动日本市场营销、销售团队与相关产品团队。
Key initiatives
●为日本出行业务的区域增长目标与盈利目标负责
● 制定长期战略规划及路径，拆解可落地的预算、策略方案，达成增长目标
● 负责推动用户增长、司机增长和平台体验优化，结合日本市场特点，产出增长策略与产品解决方案
● 通过数据分析与用户研究，持续迭代有价值的策略方向并推动落地
● 支持新产品功能落地，并推动项目的平稳上线
● 与总部产品团队和日本业务团队紧密合作，推动团队间沟通协同
The position is based in DiDis Beijing office. We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to lead Japan mobility transformation. This role will be overseeing product categories' strategy and operations, and providing support in management decision-making. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for Japan’s marketing and sales teams, associated product teams, and leadership in driving product strategy, user growth, driver growth, and P&L management.
