You are responsible for a safe, reliable, and efficient service execution onboard vessels, both on voyage and during dry-dockings. You coordinate the field service engineer (FSE) preparation, mobilization, tooling requirements, planning of workflows, and post-job quality reporting. You act as the execution backbone of the Marine Aftermarket organization, ensuring consistent OEM-level service worldwide, and you will be a key contributor to establish the Marine Aftermarket organization as recognized benchmark in the Marine industry.
