The Mission of the Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader is to oversee and strategically manage overall warehouse operations and domestic distribution based on over 10 years of extensive field experience and a solid understanding of logistics principles. This role focuses on maximizing inventory accuracy, strictly enforcing FIFO, and proactively managing slow/non-moving stock to optimize asset efficiency.
