As a full-time Gardener, you will report to the Supervisor of Grounds and Gardens. This role requires a blend of specialized horticultural skills and physical stamina for various tasks, including greenhouse operations and arboriculture. Your responsibilities will play a key role in ensuring the grounds present a professional and welcoming image.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain gardens and grounds across both campuses
• Operate motorized equipment and perform minor repairs
• Lift and carry heavy loads as needed
• Work in varying weather conditions
• Promote customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Valid B.C. Pesticide Applicator License
• Class 5 driver’s license in B.C.
