Gardener

A Gardener in the Estates Maintenance Department will form part of an integrated team whose role is to provide the best possible service to the Trust.
Main duties of the job
They will carry out work of routine and non‑routine nature as directed by management, ensuring compliance with Trust Safety Standard and Procedures, and taking all safety measures to prevent danger, avoid injury and prevent damage to equipment.
Each Gardener will have individual responsibilities for defined aspects of the service and will ensure that their contribution is beneficial to other departments within the Trust, as well as the Estates and Facilities Department, to fulfill the Trust's overall objectives.
