Job Summary
To work in an established team, maintaining the green and open spaces at Canary Wharf to a high standard. Salary: £34,505. Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm (summer) & 7:30am to 3:30pm (winter). Closing date: 17th July 2026.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain turf, bedding plant displays, hedges, shrubs, trees, grass cutting, weeding, pest and disease control, plants in atrium and office areas.
- Assist in all landscape schemes requiring ground preparation, planting and turfing, bulb planting and any other usual tasks that fall within the upkeep of open spaces.
- Have knowledge of pests and diseases and how to control them.
- Have experience of controls and monitoring automatic irrigation systems.
- Carry out tree and aerial hedge pruning and have a knowledge of tree pests and diseases.
- Observe and implement health and safety procedures in particular relation to the use of pesticides. ...
