This position involves a combination of cleaning duties and general maintenance tasks to support the overall functionality of the office environment.
Cleaning Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and sanitizing restrooms and kitchen areas.
- Maintain garden health, perform regular inspections, and implement maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all common areas are kept tidy and organized by regularly removing trash and recyclables.
- Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, offices, and other assigned areas within the facility.
Sanitation Responsibilities:
- Implement sanitation protocols to minimize germs and bacteria spread by regularly disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
