About the Role
Sakura Gardens is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee garden maintenance and installation projects. This hands-on role involves supervising a small crew (2-5 members), ensuring work quality, and providing excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside the team in tasks like planting, pruning, mulching, and garden installations.
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., trimmers, blowers, small machinery).
- Manage site setup, including digging, planting, occasional flagstone and 2-man armour stone installations.
