Job Description Art Vision & Direction: Define and establish the overall visual style and artistic direction for midcore and casual game projects. Art Development: Create key visual assets such as concept art, style references, and prototype visuals to guide production. Visual Consistency: Ensure all in-game assets maintain a consistent visual style and meet quality standards. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with game designers and engineers to align art direction with gameplay and technical requirements. Art Pipeline Setup: Help define art workflows and guidelines to support efficient asset production.
