Store Incharge oversees the daily operations of a facility—whether a retail storefront, warehouse, or manufacturing stockroom. They are responsible for managing inventory levels, supervising staff, processing shipments, and ensuring the facility remains safe, organized, and operationally efficient.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Stock ManagementStock Control: Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, executing regular physical stock counts and audits.Receipt & Dispatch: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders (POs) and delivery challans.
