About the Role

:

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of gas and heating service delivery, ensuring compliance with legislation, contractual obligations and Mears operating standards.

  • Management of operational and commercial delivery in line with contract requirements, budgets and cash flow
  • Ensure full compliance with gas safety, health and safety legislation, company policies and industry best practice
  • Manage direct labour and supply chain resources to improve productivity and deliver cost efficiencies
  • Oversee programmed servicing programmes, ensuring all checks are completed within agreed timescales
  • Ensure accurate evidence is captured to demonstrate compliance with gas safety requirements
  • Promote a strong customer focused culture aligned to the Mears Red Thread
