Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineer – £42,000 - £50,000 basic + OTE
Example Recruitment Group have an amazing opportunity for a Gas Engineer to join one of the UK’s leading property services & facilities maintenance companies, covering the Southwest London.
What’s on offer:
£42k - 50k basic + very high earning potential (overtime paid at 1.5x time & call-outs)
Call-out rota: 1 in 6 (day-by-day, Social Housing) – £50 complete / £40 incomplete jobs
Company van (personal use permitted) + fuel card
20 days holiday + bank hols + birthday off (rising with service)
Training, career progression & wellness packages
The role:
* Servicing & breakdowns in domestic housing association properties
* Fault finding, diagnostics, boiler & heating system repairs
* All appointments pre-booked – no cold calling!
Requirements:
* ACS: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT
* Unvented (desirable)
* Strong breakdown & repair experience
