Either join a private single specialty group or hospital employed practice. Either way call will be share 1:4. Clinical responsibilities involve a wide scope of GI procedures. Able to perform EGD Endoscopic procedures is a plus and ability to do ERCP and EUS is preferred, but not required. Benefit from a loyal referral system and an experienced support staff.
