A well-supported hospital-based GI team in Northern New York is seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist for ongoing locum coverage beginning once credentialed. This opportunity offers predictable monthly scheduling, dedicated APP support, and a balanced mix of consults and procedures.
Assignment Details
Start: As soon as credentialed (approx. 60 days)
Assignment Length: May 2026 December 2026
Coverage: 1 week per month
Schedule:
7-day coverage blocks (Monday Sunday)
7:30 AM 5:00 PM daily
24-hour call on select days within the coverage week (flexible scheduling)
Practice Setting
Hospital-based Level III Trauma Center
