Fermentation I Kombucha I Brewery I The one who can do Gastronomy Position: Executive / Supervisor – Fermentation Department at OMO Cafe Gurgaon Department: R&D / Beverage / Brewery Innovation Openings: 2 (1 Senior, 1 Junior) Role Overview We are launching an in-house Fermentation Lab to create unique, natural, and health-forward beverages and ingredients (kombucha, kefir, pickles, fermented mixers, etc.). The Fermentation Executive/Supervisor will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining fermentation processes, ensuring product quality, safety, and consistency. Key Responsibilities 1. Production & Operations Prepare and maintain fermentation batches (kombucha, water kefir, ginger bug, tepache, etc.) Monitor fermentation cycles (temperature, pH, time, hygiene) Ensure consistent taste, carbonation, and quality Maintain daily production logs and batch tracking 2.
