Scrub Nurse responsibilities include:
Assisting with gowning and gloving of the surgical team and maintaining a sterile field. Anticipating the surgeon’s needs and maintaining an organised surgical field. Coordinating with the circulating nurse to ensure the availability of necessary equipment and supplies during the surgery. Scrub Nurse Role Requirements:
