Job Description
Chitra is seeking an experienced Maven Smart System Instructor to assist with the following duties and responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
- Teach Common Operational Picture (COP) and Maven Smart System (MSS) courses.
- Conduct training in:
- Resident Classroom environments (Fort Eustis, VA)
- Virtual environments (Teams, VTC, LMS)
- Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
- Support up to 15 JDTC catalog courses annually.
- Perform pre- and post-course administrative tasks.
- Participate in military exercises as:
- Over-the-shoulder trainers
- Exercise development team members
- Control cell personnel
- Attend and contribute to:
- Meetings
- Conferences
- Working groups
- Curriculum review boards
- Serve as Course Director when assigned.
