Your key responsibilities:
• Manage and grow payroll consulting and Workforce management services capability within the business, develop strong relations with global practices. Achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, head count growth and penetration
• Contribute to the firm’s growth and development in a variety of ways, including successfully delivering on project engagements, leading and facilitating client working sessions, provide expertise and leadership in knowledge area, support sales and business development pursuits and assist in framing and positioning extension and project expansion work at existing clients
