Job Description
职位概述
监督所在餐厅的服务和菜单内容的提供情况，确保高品质和一致性。
遵守当地的卫生和安全法规，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
工作职责
财务回报
年度经营利润和预算；
和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算；
积极的实行节约成本的方法，尽可能再利用能源；
通过销售点销售系统分析餐饮统计数据
员工团队
在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会，确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求；
制定并指导员工执行现金安全制度；
协助餐厅的服务准备工作；
宾客体验
在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉，并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
与厨师和餐饮经理交流意见和客人的建议从而反应当前客人的情况。
企业责任
全面服从FSMS的标准。
清洁并保持设备和物资的清洁。
协助职责和服务的准备工作。
