Key Responsibilities
• Lead gender strategy & mainstreaming initiatives
• Train staff and students on gender inclusion
• Build partnerships & drive advocacy programs
• Monitor gender indicators & measure impact
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Expert in gender frameworks & M&E
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Policy knowledge & training experience
• +5 years experience required
