- Create and issue invoices accurately on the company system
- Record and settle invoices on the accounting system
- Maintain bookkeeping for cash and bank transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Create and manage E-Invoices through the Egyptian Tax Authority portal
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare daily and monthly financial reports
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for all accounting records
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions
- Handle other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned
