Job Description
- Record financial transactions using the accounting system.
- Generate account balances and review transaction details.
- Handle payment processing and maintain organized records.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for the head office.
- Compile monthly reports for field offices and review budget vs. actual spending.
- Develop and review budgets for proposals.
- Create and assess financial forecasts as needed.
- Support internal and external audits, including expenditure verification; help address audit findings.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
- Perform other tasks as needed, adapting to changing organizational priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Open to newly licensed CPAs.
