Job Summary
The General Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with VAS and IFRS. The role includes handling general ledger activities, month-end closing, financial reporting,and tax matters. This position also supports audits, manages cash flow and banking activities, and ensures proper documentation and internal control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor AP/AR, payroll records, handle journal entries, reconciliations, and month/quarter/year-end closing;
- Maintain accounting records, general ledger, and supporting documents in compliance with VAS and IFRS;
- Perform monthly closing and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting;
