Good Eats Specialists Inc.- a subsidiary ofRustan's Group of Companiesis currently looking forAccounting Assistant. Must be willing to be assigned atMakati City.
Main responsibility is to provide support in updating Finance Records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors different transactions for proper recording
- Maintain and update accounting records and monitoring logs
- Review documents related to payment processing, collections or sales
- Reconciles data between documents and systems record (per books)
- Coordinates with other department or external partners for confirmation and reconciliation of data
- Prepares adjustment/adjusting entries.
- Responds to external and internal personnel inquiries via phone or email.
- Performs other duties assigned by the team
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Banking or any equivalent course.
