Job Description
- Oversee and execute the full Record to Report (RTR) cycle — including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across RTR processes while supporting audits, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the RTR team, driving performance, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in end to end Records to Report/General Accounting
- Experience working in a BPO and/or Shared Services environment
- Hybrid work arrangement, at least 3 days onsite. Night shift schedule
