Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist all accounting staffs as to their daily activities
- Supervise book keeping through Quickbooks
- Prepare and file BIR tax returns (VAT, Wtax, Doc Stamps, Income Tax Returns etc.)
- Ensures that all books of accounts are updated and registered on time with the BIR
- Ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual tax remittances to BIR & LGUs
- Monitors the use and availability of invoices and official receipts and ensures these official documents are ordered and registered on time
