Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly closing of books
- Preparation and maintenance of accounting schedules including analysis of variances
- Ensures timely completion of tasks in accordance with internal and group accounting deadlines
- Responsible for the tax compliance of the company along with filing of regular tax returns
- Manages inter company transactions including reporting and reconciliations
- Reviews and approves invoices for payment processing including answering queries regarding invoices by stakeholders.
- Ensures adherence to internal control policies and provides improvement points when necessary
- Ensures proper documentation (paper and digital) of all accounting-related transactions
- Monitors employee-related balances and reconciles variances, if any
- Accurate & timely processing of operations invoice in Navision
