Position Summary
The General Accounting Supervisor/Assistant will assist the Accounting Head in creation of daily financial transactions, manage coordination among the accounting team for deliverables, and ensure accurate month‑end and year‑end closes. This assists accounting management by driving regulatory compliance, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing financial reports to support strategic business decisions.
Scopes And Responsibilities
- Financial Close & Reporting: Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes. Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and supporting schedules.
- Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and train general accountants. Review daily entries, account reconciliations, and payroll processing for accuracy.
