Job Description
As a GA Team, you will be responsible for managing factory facilities and operational support by overseeing maintenance, vendor services, asset and procurement administration, budget control, and basic IT infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
What will you do?
- Manage and ensure factory facility operations (buildings, work areas, utilities, operational vehicles, and general facilities) run properly, safely, and effectively to support production activities.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repair activities, including building maintenance and general equipment upkeep, while ensuring the workplace environment remains clean, organized, and comfortable.
- Manage vendors and outsourced services such as security, cleaning service, and other supporting services, including monitoring vendor performance in accordance with service agreements.
