Job Description
Job consists of the responsibility for the prepping, assembly, testing and/or packing of a variety of electrical, mechanical, and/or electro-mechanical devices. Must be able to use a variety of tools, gages, machines, and simple measuring devices to assure proper conformance to specifications and drawings. May be on feet all day.
• Is responsible to uphold safety, quality, and production standards.
• May perform assembly, finishing, testing, and packing operations and adjust process or product for proper appearance, mechanical, and/or electrical function.
• Following clearly defined process sheets, verbal instructions, visual aids, assembly instruction machinery or model, employee performs specified assembly procedure on a production basis.
• May be required to operate forklift or other material handling devices.
• Completes orders on time and to the required specification.
• Makes changes and adjustments to tools, machines, and fixtures.
