Position reports directly to Owner and will be responsible for the daily maintenance operations of our residential rental property portfolio, positioned throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro, and surrounding Minnesota suburbs.

CAREER DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities Required Will Revolve Around Maintenance Issues Relative to Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliances, Carpentry, and or Other Respective General Property Repairs:
