A leading listed global manufacturing group (Industrial, speciality chemicals, engineering) is seeking a seasoned General Counsel & Company Secretary to lead its Legal, Governance, Compliance, and Corporate Secretarial function.
This is a Board-facing leadership role, partnering closely with the Chairman, Directors, and Executive Leadership Team to drive governance excellence, regulatory compliance, legal strategy, and corporate secretarial effectiveness across global operations.
Location: Pune
Experience: 18–25 years post-qualification
Background: Preference for candidates with strong experience in listed companies, multinational environments, and complex governance structures. Deep expertise in Corporate Governance, Board & Committee Management, SEBI/Listing Regulations, Companies Act compliance, and Corporate Secretarial leadership is essential.
